Evan The BIG BOY!
We had Evan's 2 month check-up yesterday, and he was bigger than even I predicted! He's weighing in now at 14 lbs, 4 oz (in the 95th percentile), and is 24" long (90th percentile). I was glad to see his height almost catch up to his weight. He got 5 vaccinations yesterday (4 shots and one oral), and slept through my lunch and visit with my friend Kasey in West Hartford Center. He then proceeded to be in a good mood the rest of the day, then SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT - from 9 pm to 7 am. I'm not expecting that to be the norm (I'm guessing he was wiped out from the Dr.), but it was very nice to get a whole night's sleep!

Memorial Day Parade
This was our troop's first time marching in the parade. We hopped in half-way, so we didn't have to walk the whole 2 miles, but it was still a lot for them. There was no shade for the last stretch, and it was a hot one! I have to say they were really concerned with staying in line together - they did a super job!
Mom's 60th Birthday Party
I seem to be so caught up with Evan postings these days that I forgot to post Mom's Birthday pics! We celebrated her 60th birthday at Cherry Brook, with Me, Dave, Sydney, Evan, A.D., Uncle Rich and Aunt Lise, Memere, and our surprise guest Uncle Lester. Mom and Dad made a delicious lunch, and we had a great cake...it was nice of the folks at Cherry Brook to let us use the big recreation room - lots of room to spread out and plenty of privacy. Happy Birthday Mom!

15 Smiles
Sydney is very proud that she seems to be Evan's favorite person. She counted today - he gave her 15 smiles!
